Not bad some good deals

Recently bought a car from there. Very helpful and efficient with purchasing. Servicing is excellent too. I waited for the car so they put it in the express bay so it would be ready sooner. They have a courtesy bus too which will take you home and pick you up if the car needs to stay all day.

I'm a pensioner and I've been having my little old Corolla serviced and the odd repair done at Nowra Toyota every year for the past 16 years. Their personal service has been outstanding, treating myself and my car with special care and attention. They even attended to my dog with a dish of water without me asking. The staff at Nowra Toyota should be highly commended and I thank them very much for taking the stress out of getting the car fixed by simply listening to me and putting me at ease.

I had received letters from Toyota to correct a safety recall on one of my airbags.
Drove down to drop car off, and was going to 'hitch' a ride back home while my car was in for service. But one of the many helpful staff informed me straight away there was a courtesy bus to drive me right to my door.
Wow, so rare to get a company to go the extra mile these days - but their team of staff were ready to assist me almost straight away within walking in the door!
The staff are thorough, pay close attention to details, go the extra mile and helpful.
