Hi everyone, my name is Nicole, I am a Wife and Mother of three young children.

I first found, and fell in love with Cambridge Weight Plan, in 2010, when i lost 20kgs!
I've been helping others achieve their goals as a Consultant since November 2012.
I've also completed my cert 3 & 4 in fitness, to help my clients achieve an all round healthy lifestyle, during and after weight loss.
I pride myself on offering the whole package to my clients, giving them the tools to maintain the hard work they put in to reach their target. Maintaining the loss is often the hardest part of weight loss, but with the right knowledge on nutrition and exercise, you're set to succeed!
Body positivity is something I'm a huge advocate of. Whilst we may hate ourselves at the beginning of our weight loss journey, we cannot truly succeed in our efforts until we learn to love ourselves. When we love something, we take care of, and nurture it. Which is exactly what we need to maintain our weight loss and healthy lifestyle!
