Best gym I have ever been a member of. It was the first gym I ever joined but I moved away and haven't been able to find another gym anywhere near as good. I LOVED the ladies section. I could work my butt off without feeling uncomfortable. When I was a member I payed $7 a week or maybe $9 but either way it was really cheap. I wish I could bring NRG to Goulburn.

💛 Turmeric Latte... this beautiful golden milk is a healer! Not only does it help boost the immune system, it's an anti-inflammatory and it contains potent anti-bacterial and digestion health properties. It's easy to make at home, here's a little recipe you can try. 🔸2 cups of milk of your choice (coconut milk is most popular) 1 tsp turmeric powder, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of ground ginger (or some fresh ginger), a pinch of black pepper, 1 tsp of coconut oil,2-3 tsp of sweetener of your choice (honey is most popular or maple syrup). 🔸 Simply add all the ingredients into a small stove pot and warm on a low heat occasionally stiring to combine, heat until desired level of hotness.
