Great experience with NRMA car servicing at Brookvale. Their website states clearly what you will receive and for what price. Brookvale staff are friendly and efficient. They are reasonably priced and being an NRMA member for 15+ years...I feel confident that all the work is to top standards.
I fell sick and sad. Worst customer service and car service iv ever had to deal with. At the NRMA brookvale definitely would not recommend.
Great service from capable and friendly team!
My experience here was great. They strongly suggested I have my battery tested before I just go ahead and pay for a new one which I was more than happy to do. This helped build trust in my opinion. It's so easy to be taken for a ride with other companies who service your car. The staff were very professional also. I will return!

Rob and the team are excellent - practical, efficient and keep us up to date on what they're doing and finding. They always provide good info about what we might need to think about for the car, emphasising good running of the car and maintenance as opposed to feeling like someone's cross selling you all the time - I trust their views and feel like it's money that has to be invested in the car - never like I'm being ripped off.
