Excellent customer service from front desk, mechanics extremely friendly and double checked the replacement procedure for the part that my car needed. Then gave a full, comprehensive run down of the time, effort and cost involved. No surprise extras added when picking up the car and the car was ready when they said it would be.

I expect a higher standard from the NRMA. The guy who takes bookings kept me waiting for over an hour till just before closing time. There was only one guy ahead of me and that took up all the time I waited. Either the guy is EXTREMELY slow or he thought I should come back another day more convenient to him. Otherwise NRMA gets 5 stars

I have just had my card serviced and inspected by Marrickville NRMA Serve and am happy to say, I am glad I did. They were able to see me the very same day I called and kept me informed of what needed to be done. They did an Essential Service and an engine wash. I was pleasantly surprised they had also washed my car!! I shall be using them in the future any time my car needs it.

Super easy to book online. Excellent communication after dropping off the car. Reasonably close to a train station (1km to St Peters station). Fast turn-around, less than a day. All up, I highly recommend.

I took my car in for registration check. I have been a NRMA member for 10 years so thought they would be honest and do a good job. I took it here last year and had no issues with the side skirt on my car which was already damaged when I bought it 3 years ago. NRMA called me to say it had failed to pass because of this. I asked the receptionist why they passed it last year and she said it must have got worse which is not the case as I would have to hit something for this to happen and it looks the same. They also told me that my 2 front park light globes had to be replaced which I was happy for them to do. They quoted me $342 plus the $39 for E safety check. They called 1.5 hours later telling me my car was ready and on my receipt they charged $135 labour to change the lights (plus $39 for gloves) plus $135 labour to take off the left side skirt (leaving the right side on). This means they are charging me $180 an hour just for labour. I cannot see how they think this is reasonable. I regret taking my car here and will not be going here again.

I love the honesty from the mechanics here, and they seem very passionate about their work. I’ve been coming here for years and thought I’d leave a review to show my appreciation. Always a great visit, no nasty surprises. Thanks guys!

Professional, trustworthy and service done in a reasonable time frame

Throughout the entire process NRMA Marrickville were communicative, efficient & the repairs & service were done efficiently without feeling like I was "ripped off" in any way. My freshly pink slipped tank now runs like a dream once more. One happy customer.

I was quoted $10,000 worth of repairs for a car I paid $5,000 for; new motor, shocks, struts, wheel bearings, tyres, transmission... list goes on. I went for a second opinion and this time was quoted $850. Only tyres and a couple of indicator lamps needed fixing as well as a basic service.
If you feel you're about to be stiffed, get a second or third opinion. These sharks don't deserve your business!
