Nrma Car Servicing Seven Hills

Over the years i have been using the NRMA Seven Hills MotorService and are extremely happy with their service and prompt delivery of any queries I have addressed. I would recommend the Seven Hills plant to any of my colleagues or friends.

unreliable, dodgy. if you want your car to be in a worst condition after you take it for service and repair, then go to this place.
all my complaints and comments have been submittted online ( feedback survey) and through your Customer service centre so i will not repeat them here again as the complaints are too many to mention. but bottom line is, THEY WILL NOT OWN UP TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE.
I am still waiting for that call from your customer complaints dept.

Very professional and excellent service. I was able to wait for my car while being service in the customer lounge . Well Done!

WHAT I NIGHTMARE!!
I put in my car for a overheating problem and also for a service.
I pick up car back the next day after work and as I got home I had a look under the bonnet they for got to but back the engine cover, I called them and they told me to get back to the shop for them to fix as someone will stay back for me, I got there and no one was there so i wasted my time, but went back the next day.
So buy the end of the week my car was overheating once again, I found out they did the service but for got to fix the overheating problem.
I brought it back to the center the to fix the problem, and pick up the next day with them saying it’s now to dangerous to drive. So I have just wasted $200 for the service and still have a broken car. Also as a kicker as I was picking up my car I had to wait 20 mins for my Car keys as the technician that already when home for the day forgot them in there pocket and had to wait for them to drive back to the center.
I will not be going back to NRMA Seven Hills.

Used to be friendly staff when it was the older guy cant remember if name was George. Now it's just rude staff.

Much better service and price compared with the dealership. Did not experience any car related issues on both occasions unlike with the dealership.

Rang same day log book service everything was fantastic booked me straightaway and got car on time i needed fantastic customer service
