Nrma Hurstville

I don't know what happened in here, the lady is so rude, arrogant, racist and impatient! This was one of my worst experience. ;(
It's even too much for one star.

Lady at the welcome desk was so rude upon me walking in. I wasn't sure if this particular branch could help with my NRMA issue which was holding up my Service NSW business (mind you, Service NSW had just sent me from over the road To the NRMA branch). I was playing ping pong between the two places. I began to explain and she scolded and said "well if you don't know exactly what we can do to help, how am I supposed to know". I didn't even have a chance to properly explain. How rude!! I wish I got her name. I was just too shocked at the rudeness that I left.

They changed a lot these days, just doing your business online or over phone will be much easier

Its ok. The wait has only been long once when i come here every year for a new policy. Its accross the road from serivce NSW so you can do your ctp and rego together.
Parking can be a pain though.

Great place to pop in and do your business. Friendly staff. Go early

The waiting time is too long!!! I came at 11:20am, I waiting for over 30mins and the they keep add others before me. I am very angry!!! So if u near another brunch, do not come to hurstville brunch. But if you don't mind waiting that long, you can also go to that brunch.

Conenient place. RTA is just across the street. Sometimes someone provides good service.
