Hey guys, love the new "Fires Near Me" site - easy to use and understand and being able to quickly move between the different views (terrain, satellite etc) is magic. Keep up the good work!
Man honestly, I've been around the whole country and this is the best lunch bar so far
Good little cafe attached to this place. Great for a work lunch feed. Good value and friendly staff. The guys working there (maybe the owner) is always happy and gets along with all the regulars really well. Food is normal chips etc but also a sandwich bar, nice salads and home cook style food like roast pork Mmmmm.
Limited street parking and only 4 visitor spaces out front. Cafe in the back of RFS has decent coffee.
After a long couple of days working the Yankee's Gap fire near Bega, Remote Area Firefighters from Cumberland yesterday had a complete change of scenery driving through a snow storm only 30 minutes from Bega. #fireandice #nswrfs #nswfires #winterisfinallyhere

All fires burning across NSW are now at Advice. Crews will continue to work throughout the night to strengthen containment lines.
Due to significant bush fire activity and a cold night in the states north east, smoke will be trapped at low levels.
There is the high likelihood that very thick levels of smoke will settle across a wide area.
This is likely to affect the areas surrounded in the attached map.
... There is the potential for smoke from these bush fires to reach hazardous levels.
