Hi! I'm Laura, a registered dietitian and passionate about healthy eating - in an easy, tasty and nutritious way. I trained as a dietitian in Scotland, but moved to Australia in 2010 and live in sunny Sydney with my husband. I'm about to stumble into parenthood and plan to blog about all things related to food and family health: healthy eating, recipes, shopping tips and product reviews, plus anything else I can squeeze in between feeding times!
