Rae is formally educated in the practice of Nutritional Medicine. Many years of of formal study has culminated in Rae acquiring a comprehensive knowledge on Human Nutrition, Human Chemistry & Biochemistry, Microbiology, Food Pharmacology, Anatomy and Physiology. Rae has also undertaken studies with the University of Tasmania in brain health and is currently studying human peak performance to assist her clients become the healthiest and wealthiest version of themselves.
