I have had the best service each time I have been to the shop, John Sanos has been to my house a few times to install a couple of things he has been amazing he goes out of his way to help you he has great knowledge of all the products. Great people to talk to and very knowledgeable of the products they sell. Professionalism of workmanship and customer support are top notch. Prices (very easy to talk about different pricing) are among the best value in the business.

Jarrod (the guy I deal with), I found to be a very easy going guy who goes out of his way to accommodate and answers to whatever requests and questions I may have.
