Oaks On Castlereagh

Spacious apartment on a great location at an amazing value.

I have a problem to leave my bag in the hotel for long because I go to holiday and after that I come back to grab my bag but I have to go to the hotel for 5 times . And they not give it to me because my name not the same name of the booking.
when I stay on that time it on my friend name booking. I told them for the name on the booking for looking for my bag and i give them my ID to show them who i am. but I can't get my bag because it different name between name on the booking and name of the person who come to get the bag.
I just dont understand why so hard to get my bag . It is ID not enough to prove myself to get that bag, they have my photo my details my phone number my address that is not enought tof prove myself to get my bag ?

Great location. Car parking available. Stayed on 27th floor and had great views.

Rooms are Spacious! Even the single bed room one.
Kitchen is good with Microwave, two door refrigerator, Limited vessels.
I was on a business stay and it is close to Central railway station, just a 5 mins walk!

Above my expectation.Good experience to stay here for a night with a huge space of my room , kitchen facility and nice city view of Sydney. During winter season, comfortable bed and blanket to keep us warm. Great location, near to tourist spot,attraction place just walking distance to access. Will come back next time. Receptionist also helpful to assist us during the stay.

This reminds me of old 70/80s hotels in Korea but the room was tidy and clean. Staff are friendly but they seem to hire international students/workers so if you request anything complex, you might be frustrated. If you look last the dated decore its a great value option in central Sydney. Walk down a block and you'll find one of the hippest Sushi restaurants around. Large lines tho.

Good location in the heart of the city. Underground parking is somewhat awkward to navigate. Great to hv an apartment with a decent sized balcony, fitness studio and pool. Interior is somewhat tired-looking.

I would like to thank the staff at Oaks on Castlereagh for making our stay such a pleasurable one. My friends were visiting from the country and they so impressed and enjoyed their stay immensely. Thank you also for the free upgrade to a 3 bedroom penthouse which was a big surprise. I will certainly be staying at Oaks on Castlereagh again. Thank you again. Have a good afternoon

If you want a good no nonsense place to stay in the CBD, this is for you. Handily located in Thaitown and close to Central station. Facilities, are much like you'd expect in your own apartment. Enjoyed my stay here

One thing to note however, is that, within this building houses residential apartments, and being in the asian part of town, you may encounter strong smells of fried fish during your stay. Obviously the folks at the Oaks can't do anything about that.

Great location, facilities and service, but let down by their outrageous wifi fees. $18 a day and speed throttled after 100MB.

I would think long and hard before I stay again based solely on the insane wifi deal. I uploaded a pic of the details so you can make your own mind up.
