Oasis Car Wash

Had done a poor job washing the outside with streaks and bits of dirt and leaves still stuck to it. Inside was worse with sticks and sand remaining and nothing had been wiped down. Coffee marks on leather etc still remained. Got them to clean it again but was still an average effort.

Did a good job but very expensive 35.00 for a wash only

Don’t waste your time or money. Went for one of the premium washes almost $100 and took almost 2 hours and they didn’t remove the small spots from the trees and still scuff marks inside car. Apparently the $160 wash does this but I’ve been to other car washes where they took the time to do this properly.

1 star is for the elder woman at the cashier extremely Rude. Grumpy ! A disgrace to talk to. Simply downgraded the car wash .
Other than that. I'd give 5 stars for those Staffs outside washing They did a great job .

Unbelievably poor establishment. No staff, cars drying in the sun, no organisation, impossible to understand waiting times, dirty clothes, washing cars without soap, lax, lazy, and simply impossible to comprehend how they can charge their prices.
DO NOT GO THERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY.....THIS IS THE WORST CARWASH IN SYDNEY.

A good wash, just veeeery slow.

SLOW... You can be first there when they open & it will be 1 hour at best before your car is ready.

One criticism is that seem to let favourite customers "Jump the queue".
Hence, even if the favourites come in after you, they will have their car back before yours is ready.

Second time I have my car washed there. Paid $50 bucks and the result was not even close to satisfactory. It took almost 1:30 hours, I saw people that arrived after leaving first. When they finished it was dark already I couldn't really see the result. Next day, I could see that they did a terrible job on the outside. Lot's of water spots, windows were all foggy. Probably result of someone wanting to go home quicker since I was the last customer. Not going back.

Gone terribly down hill. Have been coming here for years as better than the crystal car wash in Mosman but it has changed hands or changed something as the last 3 times I've been it's been a total waste. Sure everyone has bad days but even when not busy they did bad jobs. Bought my car and paid for an interior and exterior clean, not only did it take ages but there were still bird poo marks on the window, crumbs on the passenger seat and dust all over the dash. I ended up re-cleaning it myself!! Next bought my boyfriends car here and the same thing. Outside was fine but inside not at all cleaned properly, dust still all on the dash, steering wheel and console and not cheap at about $50! The final time I bought my motorbike here and at $28 for a wash they told me 40minutes. At 50 minutes they hadn't even touched the bike yet. Unfortunately they've used up all their chances and I wouldn't bother coming back.

Service is very busy and they are somewhat inaccurate about how long it takes to clean your car. Over two hours later and my car had what I can only describe as a light rinse with larger dirt marks still visible. Especially disappointing since I had paid for a hand wax and there seemed to be no indication this had happened.

Luv this car wash. staff all very friendly and proffessional. coffee great and customer sevice always impressive. will definately be going back.worth the wait to get the finished result.

I've been here twice. The first, to get a car detailed before sale. The man was very honest about what he thought my car would need and tailored (reduced) the full detail so I was only paying for what I needed - without me even asking for this. The car looked amazing and sold easily (the man who bought it specifically commented on how 'well maintained' it was). Because of their honesty, and the fact they didn't seem to rip me off, I thought I'd give them another go and see if it was just a fluke!

The second time I needed to deal with a slight (huge) pet hair issue. I explained what I needed. The price they quoted didn't seem to be expensive enough to cover the removal of a LOT of pet hair. The man - again - was very reassuring and said they had a strong vacuum cleaner and would be able to get most of it, for no extra 'pet hair' surcharge (which would have been reasonable). And they did! Of course there is some left in the boot where the (white) dog rode, but my expectations of what I thought would be possible were VERY much exceeded. Money well spent, and again people in my car are all commenting on how clean it is.

They told me it would be a one hour wait, it was actually 2, but I'd gone expecting a wait.

Cafe staff are friendly, air con is strong. Coffee isn't *amazing*, but it's a car wash not a cafe.

I almost look forward to my car being dirty enough to justify a trip back!

There can be a long wait during peak times but if you take advantage of Crows Nest Village by having a bite to eat and doing some shopping the wait will be worth it. They really do a fantastic job, even transforming my beloved old van into a sparkling newbie. Thanks guys!
