Had our wedding in September there and what a joke it was.

We had a planner Angelique to start with and then had Annabel and she was so useless. Very disorganised and they're so quick when it comes to collecting money.



They dont care about your night, they only want your money.



Guests entered at 6pm and the bridal party started entering around 6:45pm and there was no food served. Guests were eating bread for 45min.



The excuse was "Platters get cold, so we dont want others to miss out".

It's none of their business to decide when food comes out. If people come late to a table, bad luck. That's expected. You arrive late, you miss on the good seats on the table and miss out on the platters.



And we ordered 2 platters.



Rang them and told them that, only to say Annabel doesnt work there anymore.

Apologised and told us we are more than welcome to come and have a coffee and take photo's...



Are you kidding me?



They turned off our letter lights the whole night.

As a groom, spent 15min trying to get the attention of a waiter/waitress to get a coke on the main table.



People, have your wedding elsewhere. There are cheaper places with better food, better service and not toooooo many restrictions and contract signings.



We ended up paying $170 per head with 2 platters and we had to get our own scotch...



Don't make the same mistake.
