Wow! This Australian Sea Eagle just picked up a whole fish from the water and flew off. Amazing! @ Shelley Beach Reserve

We can’t rave enough about the breakfast at our local @thebellegeneral. ‘Breakfast Salad’ with avocado, bacon, roast pumpkin, cherry tomatoes, herbs, toasted nuts and seeds, tahini whip + poached egg. Second 📷 is the low-carb ‘Green Super’ with poached eggs, kale, broccolini, wedge roast pumpkin, + chilli aioli (plus extra avocado and free-range bacon to make it super-Keto.) Delicious! @ The Belle General
