The backyard is fully fenced. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house sleeps up to ten people. It consists of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, allowing you to cook, eat and relax whilst taking in the views. Ocen views was completed in 2008. It is built on the Carrickalinga Rise hillside to take in the 180 degree sweeping views. A short 10 minute stroll will bring you to one of South Australias spectacular beaches.
Carrickalinga's pristine beaches consist of fine white sand and invite for walking, swimming, kajaking, and watching the dolphins. Fishing is another popular way to spend the day. Lady Links Golf Course overlooks the magnificant bay and is just a five minute drive away. If you are a diver the HMAS Hobart sunk of the shores of Rapid Bay is an exciting attraction. Enjoy culinary delights and regional wine in one of the quality restaurants or cafes in the area.
