O'Connors Strata

The company who didn't care public property very well. Recently in our building one of level have no light in comman area. After notify to them by all options by person, phone, agent, owner. Still they didn't take any action. Its eighth day and they not care might be all of us living in level are not human beings for them.

Love the new letter box locks.

Extremely bad service and response to emails and issues. Have had major damage to our ceiling that could possibly collapse on us but no sense of urgency from them to have it repaired. Have been now waiting for 7 months with the ceiling temporarily supported. Worst ever strata and would not recommend to anyone.

This company is not worth to give even 1 star.
Most horrible service, Never ever suggests this company to anyone in my life. This company likes to look after themselves first rather than other customers who pay them to get the job done. Last financial year’s manager was so rude, no respect, hopeless and don’t know how to deal with customer; Not only that she didn’t know anything about building which I asked few reports.
Recently they chance the manager in the company. New manager also doesn’t have any idea to solve some issue regarding units. He lies and provides other irrelevant information to other members in the complex. I did provide all relevant documents which have been approved by government about my flooring but he doesn’t have any idea and taking decision base on someone’s idea without having any proof. Whatever decision taken by them are based on their believes not based on any proof. They believes government approved certificate is not valid.
Lack of experience in some cases showed up they don’t care. They teach me ‘BY-LAWS’ and told me that I have broken by law; I just want to know if this company managing this building for so many years and at the moment this building falling apart. This building should be cover and fix under construction warranty period but as I said this company don’t care about an owner of complex. When I complain about building construction that time previous lady manager told me that you missed out on construction warranty; for me this shows how they care about member of complex!!!!!???

Ripping off with Special Strata Levies. Expensive fees with terrible service. All the contractors of Oçonnor strata are Hopeless. Can't fix any problems.
Sent many complaint emails to General Manager Barbara Ramsay but didn't replied a single email.

Barbara and all the other are really rude and sarcastic. At first I thought they were incompetent but now i realized they are scam artists who rip you off, with fake billing!

Since Joanne Counter has come on board as a strata manager, O'Connors Strata has become decent. They're not amazing, but Joanne is the best strata manager we've had, and she makes up for their shortcomings.
