GREAT NEWS!
After submitting Infringement Notices on all four of netfold items on eBay, eBay has now removed them. They originally told me it would take two days from this afternoon, but they have already done it. Please be aware of this seller (netfold) if your purchase on eBay. Good on eBay for keeping tabs on fraudulent sellers.

SCAM WATCH AT ODANA/BLOOMFIELD
As many of you know, people resell the Norman Lindsay Facsimile Etchings on eBay. This is perfectly fine unless someone tries to sell something that is listed as a Norman Lindsay Etching or a Norman Lindsay Facsimile Etching, when it is not.
Currently there are four listings on eBay which are an infringement of copyright on Norman Lindsay's etchings. They are reproductions of his original etchings but are listed as Norman Lindsay Facsimile Etchi...ngs. The seller, netfold from Toorak, Melbourne, has not listed their titles in the headings but they are: The Happy Barge - No. 39 $149 Scherzo - No. 8 $149 O Man! Take Heed - No. 18/55 $150 Allegro Vivace 8th Symphony - No. 4 $149
Netfold claims they were purchased over forty years ago. That said, they were an infringement of copyright then and they still are today. He purchased works that were unlawfully produced and for that, we are sorry, however that doesn't diminish the current situation whereby he is trying to sell something that is firstly an infringement of copyright and secondly that he has listed as a Facsimile Etching which it clearly is not. These four works have never been published as Norman Lindsay Facsimile Etchings.
Please be aware of these works. We are currently working with eBay to have them removed from sale. That doesn't say that they won't be listed elsewhere, but at least you will be better informed if you happen to see them again on another site.
Many thanks to Harry who brought this one to our attention!

We have done some updating to our website and have an Online Specials page now. Some of our vendors have requested that we list their works for a short time with a special price so prices have been reduced by between 30% and 40% on these works. We have added some books, posters and cards into the mix so there is something for everyone - even for Dad on his big day!

Only a couple more weeks of winter (theoretically!) and we are into Spring! Thought you may like to see a few penguins before the blossoms appear. Looking forward to the milder months and the lack of frozen windscreens!

Welcome to Spring - the most wonderful season of all! To kick off Spring, we have some terrific Norman Lindsay Facsimile Etching specials for you. A few of our vendors have asked us to advertise a reduced price on some of their consignment Facsimile Etchings for a short period of time. We only have between two and four of these works at these prices so we are not expecting that they will be available for long.
These specials can be found on our website under Limited Editions, Norman Lindsay Facsimile Etchings and then Vendor Specials.
Prices range from $258 to $2,450 which represent a 30% to 40% reduction from standard prices. Have a look and see if temptation calls! All works can be ordered direct from our website at www.odana.com.au.

We have just started another Facebook page called "Lindsay Life". If you love Norman Lindsay's work, this page is dedicated to only his work. You can find it here: https://www.facebook.com/Lindsay-Life-165 1723495152545/

"Our Earth" is one of Norman Lindsay's most poignant etchings and was used to illustrate Kenneth Mackenzie's book of poetry of the same name. Published nearly eighty years ago in 1937, "Our Earth" illustrates beautifully the pull between our natural/environmental world and our mechanised (now technological) world which is still a contentious issue in current affairs and politics today.
The Facsimile Etching of "Our Earth" is available in a folio of two with "Creative Effort", also an illustration to a book of the same name. We also have the book "Our Earth" with the original etching tipped-in presented in a specially made book box although this is not on our website as yet. If you would like further details, please contact Bec at bec@odana.com.au.

Here's a great short clip for people who love Vincent Van Gogh's paintings. Very clever how it all comes together. https://www.facebook.com/nbcnightlynews/v ideos/10154174096093689/?fref=nf
