The staff on the shop floor are VERY friendly, eager to help. The printing staff are dilatory to the point of being obtuse. After 40 minutes trying to get help I went elsewhere.

What delightful service attendants we had the privilege of being served by Rodney the computor man was so helpful and taught me more in five minutes than i have known before, and he answered each question with knowledge and i would not hesitate to buy from your store,also a delightful lady helped me with an interstate licence photo and i was deeply touched by both help tasks i am nearly 70 and have often found less help well done i hope your store continues along these lines you cant help but achieve great results
