Officeworks Castle Hill

It's been almost a week and they haven't printed out a poster that I've already paid for. They don't even answer their phone line so you need to go in person to check every few days. Staff are fairly friendly but don't know how to use the printing equipment. The place is a joke. If you have a time limit please visit another branch for your own sanity.

There is a young asian lady behind the printing counter. She is incredibly loud and rude. I gave her a photo to print and she printed the wrong dimensions. When I pointed that out, she got aggresive towards me and told me how that is the actual size of my picture (despite my picture being 480 pixels and the picture she printed for me was a complete A4). After fixing up the options myself, she kept telling me how the picture's size was incorrect and what not. She just didn't know the options. That wouldn't been a problem if she wasn't so incredibly rude. Would not go back.

There are sometimes good clearance prices but I wish they had more stock for the clearance products. Lines to the counter could be managed better. Otherwise a great store for buying office products

So they provide a service whereby you can email them a document and they'll print it for you...the catch?... they don't have internet connection or wifi!!!! OMG!!!!! When is management going to look at these reviews and rectify some of these issues? This has to be the worst Officeworks in Sydney.

I had a medium size print/binding job that would take me two hours to do, however, my binder is not big enough to do it - I need their facilities. I was told it would take them a week because they had so many jobs to do. Yet no one was doing any of those jobs the print section was void of people actually working on any said jobs and nothing was being printed through any of the machines at that time. There were staff not serving at counters, staff wondering around the shop, staff idle. Yet a line behind me, a back up of jobs to be printed and a wait of a week in a store open 14 hours a day for a job that would take 2 hours. Thank you Northmead Officeworks whom were able to accomodate my request immediately with less staff and more customers. It's amazing what can be done when people actually work.

Friendly staff, good range although stock not as full as varied as other stores, reception was really bad and could not use phone in store

Worst f'ing service EVERRRRRRRR
Store has no reception so if your emailing stuff to the store email for printing you literally have to go out side!!!!!

Very good. I got everything I needed.

Great supply of stock variety and cheap prices, only reason I come here. There always seems to be a very long queue for the check outs with maybe 1 or 2 people serving customers, definitely needs more staff. Also I wouldn't recommend coming here for passport pictures as they were deemed 'unacceptable for use' on both occasions. Had them done else where and it wasn't a problem. The girl even said they were having trouble getting the local post office to accept their pictures.
