Great experience as a customer at office work dee why ! 👏Keep it up

Just your standard Officeworks business. The store is large and they offer printing services, office supplies and electronics.

Honestly the worst Officeworks I've ever been to, particularly the print area!! This was my second visit and the experience has prompted me to write my first ever google review to ensure other customers are warned.
My first visit had me waiting more than half hour to make a few print copies ...and with a newborn with me in my hands, this was very stressful waiting!
My second visit got worse, firstly the loading of photos took a while, and just when I finally got them selected and printed to 'self serve' just before 9pm, they tell me that it is too late! 'Til is already closed' I was told. They tell me to come tomorrow after I've already spent more than half hour to download and select. Speaking to their manager didn't help, had no empathy! I have a new baby and it's the first time I've been able to get out to do this!
(Also a mention, they don't even have film for photo prints of the most common photograph print size available (5x7")).
Overall, I wouldn't recommend anyone visit this place if they are short in time and don't mind bad customer service!

it takes forever for them to answer the phone, and when they do they are abrupt and not very helpful.. This place needs better trained staff with better customer service. HOWEVER, the copy section is prompt and very friendly and helpful

8 Months later, the ones who answer the phones actually SHOULD NOT.
They have no knowledge of even the stores email address, and still give on out anyway. Pathetic.

BUT, the printing area where Therese works, "they" are on the ball and very
helpful. Therese is an ASSET to this store. (give that girl a raise).

Took an hour (Saturday AM) to get 50 photocopies. Tried the self service photocopies for which you have to buy credit (even if you don't need to use it all) and my copies came out with a huge crease in the paper as the machine was faulty. Had to queue to get a refund and then my copies done by staff. Don't go at a time when they are busy they are understaffed and can't handle it. There are heaps of staff there doing nothing but can't help you with problems on the self service copiers. There were many others there equally frustrated esp. with getting photos done.

Lots of stuff, great selection along with excellent customer service.

Office works is very handy although the prices are too high.

A dangerous place for a stationary addict like me .. and I find the staff always very helpful and knowledgeable .. thanks, guys!
