Officeworks Fairy Meadow

Always have pretty cool products available. The printing service is quite useless. You do not receive prints straight away, you have to wait at least a day.

Good service for photo printing, they have many kiosks and saves time to access. Also, new self-printing service is new addition

Team were extremely friendly and helpful in the aisles and at the register. Recommended.

Drove out to Fairy Meadow Officeworks to get printing done for work. (I work at busy Hotel in Wollongong and we get all our printing done at Officeworks)
Printing desk attendant unable to open the file.
I was told to email through my artwork and given an email address to do so. Returned to work and emailed artwork through.
Called the next day to follow up and was rudely told with no apology that I could not email artwork through and had to return to the store to make payment. Offered my credit card over the phone to which the lady refused and again told me I had to return to store.
I hung up phone, called another printing place and they were more than happy to take my order and deliver that day.
Never going back to Officeworks Fairymeadow for printing!
Had a few incidents there now. Printing is often not good quality.
The customer service at the store is great until you get to the printing desk.
Lost a customer that used to get a lot of printing for work done there!

I had to send a parcel interstate and the lady that served me couldn't have been more helpful. I was very impressed as mot all the staff seemed to want to help. They see you coming and walk awa but this lady's service was terrific. I just wish I could remember her name.

Great range, but woeful service. Waiting 10 minutes at the checkout while staff are standing around chatting is so annoying. I also hate that you can buy $200 of goods and they expect you to pay for a bag. Using the environment as an excuse for being tight!

Initially spent 1 hour and 40 minutes doing the self service process printing 500 photos. Dinosaur slow machines! Not 1 employee asked if I needed help. Apparently can only print a maximum of 250 prints at a time, but you don't know this until the machine has taken 20 minutes to download them. Then says NO. Had to move photos to accommodate the dinosaur.
Picked them up and they were shoved in the box and are bent and they all stick together. Hardly great customer service. Disgusted in the quality of the photos and the service.
I also noticed the phones ringing right beside the employee and it didn't get answered. That's why people, you can't get answers!

Less and less good deals, and on the rare occasions when there are some the shelves are ALWAYS empty. No price matching of small stores either. It used to be much better in the past. I used to go there on a regular basis with my wife and my kids, but now I'd rather buy somewhere else.

Exceptional customer service by a worker there named Kyle well that was the name on the receipt! Very helpful and knowledgeable guy. Went out of his way for us.
