You staff member Kim is unwilling to go out of their way even the slightest. I left my USB here and came to collect it to find out it’s not there anymore. So bought a new one. Took my laptop out to connect to the free wifi, asked for the password and she said “I don’t know it sorry” and didn’t even bother checking with someone else.

Worst Customer Service the print and photo section👎

I will try my best to avoid to visit that shop again, worst shopping experience in Sydney. Waited 35 minutes in queue to copy 20 pages and when I apeared to the lady, she set me aside to use self serve. She started serving the customers next to me. I walked out of the store without any help after waiting 10 more minutes to see if the lady turns to me but in vein.

Regarding Print & Copy:

Like most Officeworks branches, the quality of service, and of your prints depend almost entirely upon which representative you get.

In my experience at the Liverpool branch, I've encountered 3 very helpful staff, who seemed to go above and beyond what was required of them.

Upon my actual printing however, my Print & Copy Services representative performed fairly disappointingly. She was just barely-accommodating, unhelpful, cold, irritable, and just didn't seem to want to lend her services.

I would definitely *disrecommend* availing of their in-house business card printing services, as their methods (and thus, results) are very poor/ unrefined. 🙁

I would give them 0 star if i have the option. Customer service is not there, lazy and rude staffs. Staff checking facebook on their phone while serving customers. Wow typical LOW say no more.

Rubbish customer servuce. Waited way too long for them to find my ordered item.
Management is subpar.

Went there 1:30pm Tuesday to print out 860 photos, which is alot yes, but didn't think it would take 15 hours to print out, I called 3 times for them to say it's still printing and then I thought I'd go there the next day around 11:30 and they still weren't done, the lady I spoke to said she only just started them the next morning ? Because the printers were broken all day and all night and she had to fix it... 15 hours later And Im still waiting.. ended up being 2:30 the Thursday... the lady was not very nice and was very rude telling me that it's not ready and that we will call you when it's done... but was rude about it.

Went to Officeworks Orange Grove to buy a computer chair. The sales rep got so pissed off my brother asked if there was discount on the chair we wanted because he bought the exact same chair at the exact same store 2-3 years ago for $60 less. Salesman started badmouthing me and my brother to another employee while I was checking prices of other shops and ebay for computer chairs.
He then began following us around the store pretending to look in other directions like we were about to steal from them! (what am i gonna do with stolen OFFICE EQUIPMENT???)
I paid for my chair and left, wished I never shopped there and never will again!

Not organised and sometimes staff doesn't know where is what.

Rudest customer service when asked about printing. Definitely would go to Hoxton park office works over this. Don't usually leave reviews but this was the worst experience I've had with any sort of company.
