Officeworks Mona Vale

Good sized Officeworks store selling all your office needs plus computers, printers etc

Wet helpful staff. The new Photograph machines are brilliant to get digital memories into paper

Good store and friendly staff but the last three times I have been there I've had to wait for ten minutes in line for the one register. This would be ok if there weren't at least 3 staff members wandering aimlessly around the store not doing anything. I'm not particularly upset but I wonder how much more profitable the business would be if they had more efficient use of human resources, like helping customers spend their money in store.

Really great service. Machines are reliable. I've been to plenty other office works and left frustrated but the mona staff are always so friendly and helpful! Thanks :)

I would not normally complain but I was at the store today to have a photo on my phone transferred over to a transparency sheeting.. I found the elderly grey lady with glasses serving rude and blunt and not helpful ( pleasant staff at Dee Why have assisted in doing this process before ). I could see she was focussed and methodical in her work and no doubt very busy.. a role model staff member but for christ sake lady... Smile and be pleasant. Not that you would care but I'll never go back to Mona Vale Office Works after that experience with you

Great service - from the moment you walk in there is a "concierge" there to provide advice.Easy to find your way around the store and an excellent range of products.
