Officeworks Mosman - Closed

Takes forever to get anything done. Terrible service, and inconvenient because of being closed indefinitely.

Lazy staff and quite unhelpful. However, other stores called Officeworks are great

Awful service. I wanted to print a canvas with my company logo. At beginning no one seemed interested, then the logo size was not right to print so o said I was coming back with the right file. When I came back to the store, almost at closing time, with the right file one of the staff said they were already closing. She only needed to save the correct file (30 seconds) as the order booking had already been done. Two weeks after, I came again to the store to print 5 photos, the computer says it takes approx 10 minutes but surprise as we paid the receipt says 2 hours. And is not the end, bigger surprise when at back of the counter I saw a canvas with my company logo. I guess they were able to print it with the file they said they couldn't at the beginning, additionally, they haven't call to say the canvas has been already printed. I'm glad I did the canvas printing somewhere else for a much cheaper price.

can not run without Dess she is the main spanner everyone knows that the other staff don't have a clue especially Rashid she has no idea she got my order completely wrong no customer service ect management get your priorities in order look at the main problems customers are complaining about not greeting every Tom Dick and Harry that walks through your doors .

Reasonable size (2 stories). Friendly staff. Open late. Just lack of parking.
