Useful but not in a good place. lots of parking and cheap prises. Good veriaty too. Its position is it weakness

Good selection of products, but a little slow on getting through the registers. Photocopy costs seem quite high too.

Service was of a much higher standard than I have experienced here before. The boys even loaded my 5 cases of water on a trolley for me!!

Large store with lots of stock. Plenty of Parking and open good hours. Staff seem willing to help and efficient. Location can be a bit difficult to get to (u-turns needed etc) if you're travelling from the south/east.

Every time I've been here staff have been extremely helpful. Pretty much every staff member approached in a friendly like manner offering assistance. Had to return a product due to wrong choice, and they were more than happy to help. Go to place for any stationary or printing!

i bought a new mac pro last month and the power doesnt turn on.It been two week now and I have been the one chasing. The service is really frustrating and disspointing as I requested a replacement instead of having to wait. Even apple recommended me to get a replacement after 3 visit at the apple care store. I am going oversea next week and still havent recieved my the fixed mac. I never written a review before but this is f#### service

We just went to office works at north Ryde and waited 45 minutes to be served after asking about a computer that ended up being out of stock. Barely anyone was in uniform and no one really seemed like they knew what they were doing. Ridiculous for us to wait this long when we could have been told it was out of stock at the start.

had a terrible experience with their print service. I drove a long way to this place to print my portfolio before an interview. the print service desk was unattended for 10min, finally someone came by to help. they couldn't print on A5 glossy because apparently that would take a long time and there were busy(!), and for 1 binding I would need to wait for 2hrs. it was no brainier for me to take my business elsewhere. such a disappointment!
