Rated one star because the store is conveniently located and opening hours are accommodating. Recommend travelling the distance to Chatswood and City store purely for customer service and care factor. No desk attendance, long wait to be served when there were only about 5 other customers in the store, staff members lacked customer service and struggled to explain warranties and product information. Waste of time.

Absolutely horrible experience. 30 people waiting to be served with one register open. Lady getting served was trying to get a refund for something. Management came but had no idea how to handle it so now there’s 2 people attending one customer trying to get a refund onto a credit card then pay for remaining items with a dodgy Officeworks gift card. At least 10 people plus me dropped our goods and walked out. Pathetic. Never will go back again. Have fun spending your lunch break in a queue.

Fantastic experience with their online order system today. Had an urgent same day delivery needed and it was ordered, dispatched and delivered well ahead of schedule. All the items were included as ordered, no issues. Superb experience. Thank you
