Officeworks Northmead

Itvs a very nice place where you get everything from needle to printers, everything and anything which is required in office. All kind of stationery and electronic products are available which are used in office. Best part is price is best and its a one stop shop for all such things. So you dont have to go other places.

TERRIBLE! Horrible service. Smaller officeworks has 10 times more staff than this large northmead branch. The staff do not help and send you to the self serve for printing without any guide. There is always a wait, which can so simply be avoided by putting one more staff in the printing area. I highly recommend avoiding this officeworks and instead head down to the wetheril park officeworks, although smaller, the staff is much more helpful.

Useless. Can't print from any cloud service (Google Drive, Dropbox, One Drive) on their computers, just times out. Why even offer these options?

Asked to wait for 40 minutes just for binding couple folders, where as staff continued to serve other customers like I am getting binding done for free. Spoke to Chris the Manager he has no other staff trained for the job.
