The female staff member was rude, and I asked for my photo prints not to be trimmed and she deliberately grabbed one and cut the edge off, then proceeded to shrug her shoulders in a "not my problem" attitude. Honestly I don't know how people keep there jobs with the bad attitude I just received. I will be avoiding purchasing from Office works in future. Very unprofessional.

Staff are always friendly there and they have a wide range of products. Also, most things are usually goid quality.

Awesome customer service today thankyou. The lovely men helped me sort out the right printer toner cartridge for me and even though I was unsure I had the right one they made me feel completely confident of my purchase and I could return it if it was not right. So glad I trusted them. It was exactly the right toner just in a new package. 5 stars! Sally
