Friendly staff, but printing sometimes can be hard.better phone to ensure the printers are working

Print and copy service is disgusting and under trained. They refused to print my documents and forced me to used self serve machines. I am very familar with office works printing so I told them my file size was too big to use there self servce machined but she revised to serve me. After my documents clearly could not print she refused to fix the problem saying that if I wanted to line up again and wait another half an hour to be served it would be a days wait on documents and that I would not receive my money back on the self serve cards. Staff should be more aware of the limitations of some of their printers or listen when a customer tells them to.

The staff were awesome and the refund process of a faulty item was quick and on the spot.
