No wonder that every person leaves disappointed out of this place... It's a bizzare... The staff here are so rude and so upset about any customers enquiry or arrival... No smile on faces... No hello, please, thanks Etc... Total disrespect to the customers... Especially... Leena, Paul, Laila and DIPALI SHE IS AN EPIC...

Good, great service, specially Mailman service.... No need wait until 9:30 AM to post office open and stay on line to post something... Save time by Mailman officework...

Access and parking much better than the Blacktown store. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

You have one man working the printer and passport photos and a line of 10 people. While three other staff serve no one behind the counter.

Either work on their time management (because one of them came to help their colleague after 30 mins of sitting around) or cross train your staff to help all customer if they don't know already.

Worst experience waiting 30 mins for the simplest enquiry.

Great customer service! Photography and Printing guy (can't remember name but the one who takes passport photos) provided a great service and passport photos. They even refunded for the photos which didn't work at French Embassy. Amazing service.

A guy named Tamin or Tamin can't remember he has a American accent was honestly so helpful with helping out my cousin and I with our bookmarks he definitely needs a pay rise very genuine guy if u see this thanks buddy
