Officeworks West Ryde

Went there to buy colour toner for our printer. Didn't have a problem finding the right toner but was a bit surprised with the price - I find it a bit pricey. In fairness however, I didn't bother shopping around for maybe better pricing. That's probably the prevailing prices for toners, $111 each.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store. To bind a simple document is a 24 hr turnaround. If you offer the service you should resource it.

Didn't catch her name (think it was Tina?) but she works on a Sunday night and is in desperate need of a lesson in common courtesy. Today she asked my mother if she wanted a plastic bag, to which my mother responded: "it's okay". Now I don't know about you but I'm inclined to believe that means "no". However this lady proceeds to lecture my mother on how to speak proper English with this horrendous condescending attitude. And to top it off it's not the first time we've experienced this kind of unwarranted behaviour. Is Tina (or whatever her name is - don't really care) just rude? Or is she just really passionate about the English language? Perhaps she just hates her job. We'll never know! But one thing's for sure: West Ryde Office Works, we won't be seeing you again :)

Absolutely worst officeworks I have ever been to. Asked for assistance and the workers simply brushed it off with the simple "oh sorry im not too sure" Would recommend the North Ryde officeworks instead

A neglected Officeworks. Staff try their best but are always low on stock. Have tried to use their print and photocopy services a few times and 2/3 times I've had to go to North Ryde instead. Waste of time!

I spent about half an hour waiting at the printing area because one of the staff told me to, end up he totally forgot about my printing and he said to another staff "I don't who did it", I mean seriously, be more responsible for your job.

Love this quirky Office Works. I find that whatever I am looking for I find. Staff are always helpful.

Smaller than the usual officeworks, parking can be a bit tricky, no issues with service

Adam was super friendly and helpful. There are some other nice staffs too. Unfortunately, the blonde old lady at the printing section was terrible, she just ruined this place.
