THIEVES, ROBBERS, $12,000 to dig a hole. approximately $200 in materials. DO NOT use this company. I used Webb plumbing who charged me $5200... Thanks to some honesty and homework I saved over half. DON'T get stung. Omega even made me sign an invalid contract which I ripped up... cheers

We have been using Omega Home Services for several jobs including Air Conditioning and Electrical. They have always given friendly and professional service. All of their technicians have been friendly, on time and excellent. I would recommend Omega Home Services to anyone needing any work completed.

I have used Omega Home Services for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed with the service. The staff in the office are friendly and extremely helpful ditto the technicians. Always courteous with a phone call prior to the appointment. Their workmanship is outstanding. I can't fault Omega in any way, just a great company to deal with and I will continue to do so. Cam & Tom installed a new power board , smoke detectors & light fitting today. I found them to be very efficient & courteous & Cam kept me informed throughout the whole process. They also cleaned up when work was completed, which I have found is not always the case with 'tradies' these days! All work upon completion was checked & Cam talked me through everything that had been done. Thanks, my home is a much safer place now!

Excellent service from the two guys who attended to our toilet plumbing problem this morning.
They were extremely polite and explained fully the issues and the options available. They replaced a washer on the outlet valve for free and that has fixed the existing problem for the time being. It maybe that we need a new toilet suite sometime in the near future and if so, we will definitely use Omega to do that work as they are extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I had Christian around to install a split system air conditioner. The unit was installed on time and efficiently. I am both lucky to have found a good trades man and enjoy my cold air in summer.

I had Kyce around to look at my drains. I am so pleased. He found a long lost gully and removed an ancient fat blockage. Once again excellent service I am lucky to have used Omega.

Matthew briefs the progress of the works conducted & tidy up the work space in very professional manner.
Special mention to Reef as a Project Manager, he is able to work independently or cooperate with his mates on various sections of PVC pipes replacement & relining works under challenging environment. He is very helpful to resolve existing plumbing issues. Thanks for all the excellent efforts!

After ringing Omega and asking for a quote on some work to be done in my home, Ben was the first person to come out and give me excellent advice and help in solving the changes I wished to carry out.
Ben went to great lengths to investigate the most suitable items, given the constraints invoved in the work, and I had complete confidence in his advice and no hesitation in continuing to go ahead with the Omega team.

The electricians who arrived on the appointed day: Cameron and Tim, worked very well together. They arrived well within their allotted time and also kept me informed of their arrival time on the day 20 minutes before arrival. They set to work very efficiently and I was amazed how quickly they worked through the installation of 4 fans and also changeovers of 10 light fittings to LED and updating the power box to make it safe. They were very courteous and personable and worked cleanly with very little evidence that they had performed so many jobs in various locations around my home. They were also very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining and answering my numerous questions.
They removed all the old fittings and the boxes and packaging that had housed the new items and when they had completed the work, neither my adult daughter nor I could believe the speed, tidiness and changes they had accomplished in their visit. I would highly recommend the Omega team as very professional and I would have no doubts about asking them for any future work.

Our toilet was gurgling & then exploded. Other plumbers wouldn't come out until the next day but Kyce from Omega came within two hours. He was efficient, friendly & the job was completed at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Omega Services to others.

Dave from Omega came out & installed some new sink mixers in our house. He was on time & efficient. He even recommended a different brand to save us some money. We loved that the pricing was up front so no hidden costs. Would definitely recommend Omega !

I recently had Dave Sutton from Omega plumbing out to fix some leaky taps at my house. He was friendly, polite and very efficient. The service was great and I will definitely recommend Omega (especially David) to anyone in need of a plumber.

I would give Omega zero star if I can.

Last year I paid $5500 just for the replacement of the shaft and they installed very poor quality toilet in my investment property for $1000.

There was one time I was given a quote of $1600 in total for changing 2 sensor lights, 1 smoke alarm and install a surge protection. I called another electrician and spend $480 for all the jobs. It was until then I realized how I was ripped off by Omega before.

Last week, they ring me again to offer a 'kind' follow up check for the shaft work. The day before they came, coincidentally our sewage pipe blocked again (we have the tree roots problem in the pipe for a long time). So when the plumber came in, I asked him to clean the blocked pipe and he did offer me a good price $200 for cleaning. After that, he said our pipe is broken and need urgent repair. To help us 'save money', they can do pipe relining for us for $4160 per meter...... based on my previous experience, this time I choose not to believe him. I called two relining companies immediately and they both came and their quotes are between $800-1000 per meter!!! Omega is 4 to 5 times higher !!! Unbelievably how dare they ask for that much and look like they really care about your property......

Even the $200 cleaning is a big lie. The second day when the relining company came, they put down the camera and showed me there are still so many tree roots in the pipe. After 5 days, the pipe was actually blocked again. I guess that's some little tricks they are good at. He suppose I will ring him back soon once I find it's blocked again and make me believe how serious the problem is.

Would never use them again! FOREVER!!!
