Food was great, service was good and the atmosphere was nice. We went there for breakfast which looked and tasted great. Wiyld definit recommend.

Newcastles long standing specialty coffee shop. One Penny can be busy and staff are regularly rushed off their feet. The coffee and food are always good which cements One Penny firmly in the Newcastle Coffee scene.
One of the few places around that offer numerous types of origin/filter method. Definitely worth a stop for any coffee enthusiast.

If you're looking for a great place for brekkie, look no further than this place. The food was delicious and the coffee was perfect. Staff were lovely and very attentive. Highly recommend the big breakfast with that scrumptious chilli jam.

Coffee is good and the smashed avocados I had were pretty good too. Just a little bit on the pricey end though.

Hands down the best coffee on the east coast of Aus! Breaky was 10/10 also
