The green tea roman was pretty good. But the service was totally, absolutely sucks ever. The very first time that I went to the restaurant with my friend on Monday green tea roman night n we checked the website n Facebook before went there, it showed close at 10pm same as the door sign. But then, when we arrived there around 8:58pm n we saw still have people n customers in the restaurant b the door was closed so we left. And the week after we came again on Monday which just yesterday. We finally had a chance to enjoy the green tea roman but the service was totally sucks ever. There were two waitresses came to take our orders. And 40 mins after the third waitress came to us for our ordered n We replied to her what we had ordered and we asked her how come it's been 40 mins n we still haven't get our order n the next table who just came in and able to have their orders before us? It just doesn't make any senses at all. And the third waitress delivered our orders but it was wrong orders tho. And they changed for us..... after all, we went to reception pay the bill and we talked to the girl who were incharged the bill etc..how come the service like this. And she replied to us: we have new people n under training so it happened only tonight. And she did not apologize and the reaction just make me felt like she is right and that's not their faults. But in total how many waitresses had been serviced us tonight? Are they all new!? That's my question! I'm doubt.
