For a long time I have practised in group classes and absolutely loved it. And while group classes have many benefits, I have experienced that true change and healing happens best when a yoga practice is uniquely tailored to the individual. We all tell our own story and therefore we all have our own needs and goals.

My aim is to empower you through the various tools of yoga and to guide you on your own unique journey.
