A smiling snake of a business. It is just that, it is a business that wants your money, they have no care for their patients. Will not be returning, plenty of other dentists around that have honorable owners.

I have been to quite a few Dentists, and some of them I felt were not completely honest with me nor had my best interest in mind. I definitely feel like I can trust the Dentist and front office staff at Opal Dental.

I never pay the gap here..professional service

Check their price quotes again and again. Reconfirm it yet again during your procedure. Have a written quote if possible BEFORE the procedure.

Unfortunately opal dental is not the idea clinic to be sending family and friends too, my husband and child attended opal dental and we had such a terrible experience. The Man working at the front desk told me that just because I booked my husband and son in at 12:00 pm dose not mean we will get seen at that time he yelled at me said " Dose the GP see you on time , no they don't so its the same over here just sit down and don't waste my time its very critical" . he literally said that I was god smacked for how rude he was. Hour later they were seen by the dentist they kept pushing me to use my Medicare the child dental benefit scheme even through my son had nothing wrong they insisted they do some treatments and got angry when I declined as he had no issues and was only there for a check up. My Husband has a tooth filled and the filling came out the next day , opal dental refused to fix it so we went to a different dentist had it done . No Problem since.

I have to say that this practice sets new standards and raises the bar in dental excellence! From the welcome as you come in, the friendly receptionists and staff. Dr Chelvi and team make you feel at ease and make sure you have a thorough examination, helping you understand what's needed and what will work best for you! I felt my comfort and needs were their central focus, and all done with a smile! Makes a real change and I would certainly recommend you to experience this difference...
