Our professional staff liaise with carers, service
users and their families to develop individual
plans that promote personal empowerment
and independence. We do this through
organised activities such as:
Hydrotherapy
Swimming
Gym
Life Skills Programs
Leisure
Community Access
Personal Hygiene
Numeracy /literacy programs
Relationship & Problem Solving Programs
All plans are designed to provide professional
and reliable support for the service user, their
carer and family.

Respite
Provides ‘time away’ for the individual with
the disability thus giving the primary carer
respite from full time care.
Host Families
Where a client receives planned short-term
respite from a designated Host Family.
Host families are matched to the age,
interests and background of the individual
and their family.
Volunteers
If you feel you have the skills or an interest
in assisting people with disabilities we are
always seeking new volunteers & home
carers to join our team.
