This restaurant is awful. The one on the M4 is just wrong!!! I will never ever waste money in this restaurant again! They don't speak English properly and you have to constantly repeat your order. Their service poor and the food was cold and keeping it real it was bad. Don't go to the Blacktown/M4 restaurant people. Save your money. Other Oportos I've been to have been great.

1. chips are very soggy
2. wrong order, ordered double burger but recieved single
3. somehow got the bbq sauce instead of the spicy sauce

I always get a pita pocket meal when I go here, the food is always warm and tasty, and the service is efficient and friendly, especially with Lester!

Their food was very tasteless. Their service wasn't great either. Bought a triple Bondi burger and was given a single Bondi burger.

Disappointed! Prices went up by 50c and the burgers got smaller. Had the choice of 3 types of buns but was not told that I would then be charged 1.50 extra for choosing anything other than the original... Paid $1 extra for a Large meal and all I got was a few chips with it. If I hadn't also bought the chicken wings I would have thought this was an overpriced chicken burger from one of their competitors.

Great service there's a friendly Phillipino guy who works there. Great food.

Food is okay.. sometimes undercooked or just stone cold. Staff are great except for one rude person who treats most customers like rubbish as a result of 2/5.

Service is pretty average. Went here for a quick dinner. They ran out of chips somehow, and the burger was served luke-warm. Probably best avoided.

Bought takeaway home and when we open, the chicken was badly burnt. Can't believe it, never in my junk food purchase, a shop gave you burnt chicken.

Bad. $16 for a large burger meal. Complete rip-off. Limp soggy chips , lukewarm burger with wet lettuce. $1 for sauce which they forget to put in the bag.

How can they be so bad when they aren't even busy? how do they survive with so much competition?

Always decent! nice chips

Just purchased 2x Double Bondi Burgers and both had 1 and a half chicken fillets (1.5) not 2 fillets. Dodgy. Rip off. Chips twice cooked in oil and soaking in oil.

They should not treat customers like this.

Oporto has sorta gone downhill. Chicken doesn't seem real and the burgers are tiny now.

I like oporto and i buy lunch there quite a lot but I didn't like the fact that i was sent an email saying in large letters free churios and when i went into have lunch they said i have to spend $12 to buy ben and jerry ice cream to get them free.please dont send an emails saying free churios in large letters then expect someone to spend $12 its embarrassing to ask for something then to be pointed that out....to me free is free not pay for something that is 4 times the worth of the free item.iv said my piece so please don't send anymore emails like that.

If you want slow service and a cold meal come here. I won't be coming back here again. Staff have changed since the last time I was here. My chips looked like they were cook an hour before I got them & my wrap was cold. I didn't complain as I think I would have lost it.

Rutherford Oporto has the worst drive through I've ever been to. Usually 10 mins to get your meal, but today was 18. They served 3 cars in front of me in 18 minutes. I asked them why when I got to the window and was met with a blank stare, then offered a desert. Wow. That's just how they do it, in their own time. And then the chips were cold when they gave them to me. Absolute duds. Visited here 20-30 times in two years because my wife likes it, but I won't be back. Never again.

Manager is helpful. Great friendly staff. Serving of chips getting smaller and smaller.

Quality of the chips is pretty bad. Limp, soft, cold to warm, barely a proper sized serving.
Otherwise everything else is as you would expect from the franchise

Super long wait time for 5 chicken tenders and a lift.

One poor hardworking lady have to take the orders and have to make them. Its not fair with her..

The quarter chicken deal was great. I tried the lemon herb dressing instead of chilli and it was really good.

The food is not awesome, but the price you pay is worth the amount of food - $15 for half a chicken with chips and pita bread! The restaurant is quite dirty though.

The burgers are always good and surprisingly it's cheaper than hungry Jacks.

The owner named shoby is very greedy with tissues only give one tissue to save them, i use to work there and he told me to put less lettuce, less mayo, serve broken pieces of chicken legs and breast. Dont ever eat there.

Walk all the way there for dia de portugal day offer during in a rainy cold weather at 11pm. The manager does not want to honour me the deal & show me a t&c totally different from their website & fb page saying must be a reward member to be able to get the offer. I then double check on my phone again and there isn't such t&c as he mentioned. Tried to show him the website t&c on my phone, but he don't even look at it and told me No! I must be a member then asked me to show him the deal email. There is no email, it's on their website & fb post.

Cleary he doesn't understand their own promotion and talked to me with a rude attitude. That's not a customer service attitude as a manager plus if he don't know about their promotion close to end of the day, he is failed as a manager. But thanks to the store manager step in and gave me the offer and with a great service attitude. Really disappointing as Oporto is always one of my favourite store. I'll definitely file a complain on him!

Was a regular for years until the manager Shabby quipped - you look very funny with those spots on your arms? Im a freckly bloke. I think he was just trying to make small talk but maybe has a slight miss understanding of basics social interaction due to cultural differences. I'm sure he will get there in the end and who am I kidding of course I went back it's just Oporto. I gave it two stars because it has less junkies than Maccas. Oh by the way it's closed now.

one of the men name shabby i think, was very rude and disgusting, when i go back there i am going to throw the burger in his face again. the bread was raw and the chicken was tail. also i found hair in my food i don't know it came cause he was an old fart that had no hair. shabby please reply and say sorry and we are all good. the chips were fantastic but bit to salty and there was no chicken sauce on them. thank you shabby, please reply, my name is porky pine paw , if you don't reply I'm getting you fired. okay

The food was delicious and fast served. The customer service Asian guy with a hat was super nice and polite to me, i could tell he did a very great job. I wish every customer service is like him. :)

Great taste of burgers, good salads choice but the chicken slices are to small

Bought a meal there today and the service was terrible. Had to repeat my order three times as the staff member just did not listen, then had to ask for my drink once more at pick up.

Good quick service & friendly staff

I love Orporto hands down but this is a great place to take away not done in. Don't expect the toilet to be operational either.

Every time I go drive through im always waiting 10 minutes to be served then still get told to park and wait for food, even when there are no other cars.
