Orange Fibre Artists Group Inc.

Basketry, natural fibres and materials, native grasses, plants and recycled reuse materials, all used to create a lasting memory captured in our weavings.

A group of like minded ladies (and sometimes gents) learning and sharing the gentle art of weaving. We do demonstrations using native grasses, raffia, and recycled materials.

During school terms, we meet once a fortnight, together with the Migrant Support project’s “Sewing Circle”.

Our regular venue is the at the Orange Senior Citizen’s Centre, 77 Kite St (entrance via the rear through the Woolworth’s carpark, right beside the Neighborhood Centre).
