Had our Fortuner's 20 000 km service, didn't tighten the sump plug, oil every where.
Great customer service order a car with modifications then drove from sydney to collect the vehicle as no dealers here could driver on time. Would highly recommend the new car sales team.
Rubbish... Cant even call to talk to somebody or have my calls accepted/returned... 6 months been trying to get my gfs car fixed... hopeless!!!!
A really good experience. I dropped off my ute at 7.45am for a factory recall , drove off at 9.30am with a washed car.
Their customer waiting lounge is great. Couches, tv, coffee, tea, newspapers, magazines
Staff were unreal. They really went the extra mile when they really didn't have to.
