Food is the absolute best!... Just a touch more smiling happiness would literally make this place heaven... no joke.

This is a local store for me, so lucky to have an alternative to big supermarkets where the focus is on healthy / vegan/ organic/ gluten free etc ticking boxes for those with health issues or those who just want healthy organic choices. Big bonus is the healthy cafe with a great choice of freshly produced food and sweets. Relaxed vibe, friendly staff. Aladdins cave to explore your
healthy food alternatives.

While I am not into the whole organic thing and find their fruit and veggies over priced it is one of the best places around to get good quality bulk flours etc as well as other products that help on special diets , my only complaint is that the selves are often empty and need stock

One of the best organic shops in the area. Great range of fresh produce (8 different kinds of potatoes!) And they have an excellent bulk buy section, from nuts and seeds to soy sauce on tap.

Awesome organic grocery with a huge range of items. Gluten free, organic, dairy free, vegetarian, vegan, they offer something for everyone.

Got Vegan children,tried the restaurant, The food was full of flavor with a good variety of dishes

Very few health food stores to choose from in this district so with that in mind this place is great for a basic selection of health food store items. Generally though the range is limited in comparison to city health food stores. The cafe area was very small and all tables taken so we literally were unable to eat and try foods and the menu was quite basic but all fresh and homecooked style meals looked yummy.

This week at the FEAST... -

Prepare to engage your mind, body and soul in this 2hr class which will be taught by Tania from Koi Yoga, in the lineage of Hatha yoga, whilst exploring how sound (mantra) can be incorporated into your practice.
This class involves 75 minutes of movement through yoga poses (asana) with a guided relaxation (Yoga Niidra) at the end of the Yoga class.
Followed by 30 minutes of soothing sound healing with Quartz crystal bowls, played by the beautiful Gerda from Awaken Healing, which will leave you floating away, rejuvenated and blissful.
