Sometimes...our inner woman (maybe this 😵) and outer woman (like this 😀) can be two quite different landscapes...would you agree? It is therefore so vital that we can learn to take care of our health so as to serve those we love around us better and to the fullest!
It is often viewed that there are 3 important changes or phases of a woman's health throughout her life and are in fact very closely intertwined: 1) Menarche (start of her menstrual cycle) 2) Pregnancy & childbi...rth 3) Menopause
So when there is trouble in her menstrual cycle (by which cramping pains, aches, PMS etc are actually not normal!), then often the passage of pregnancy and menopause are also affected by the earlier health imbalances if something isn't done. In other words, neglecting seemingly "small issues" can one day bring about some serious consequences.
