ORS provides a range of allied health, employment and workplace rehabilitation across key industries such as the NDIS, Workers Compensation, Health and Aged Care.

ORS has been in the business of making a difference to people with disability and injuries for more than 25 years! ORS provides a range of allied health, workplace rehabilitation and employment services across key industries such as the NDIS, Workers Compensation, Health and Aged Care.

We are a registered NDIS provider, ISO 9001 and NSDS certified, Comcare accredited, and are on major workplace rehabilitation panels including with: icare, Department of Veterans Affairs, ACT Government, Defence Housing Australia, and Worksafe ACT.

We employ a wide range of Allied Health professionals including experienced Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Rehabilitation Counsellors, most of which have experience working with complex and high needs clients.

Our service delivery is underpinned by evidence based and person-centered practices focused on empowerment; encouragement of choice and control; and providing individualised and tailored strategies to support people to achieve their goals.

The services that we can provide include:
• NDIS Physical services including: Functional Assessments, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessments, Workplace /Home Assessments (including complex), Assistive Technology Assessments and Prescription, Sensory Assessments, Complex Home Modification Assessments, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and training in areas such as toileting, personal care, sleep and manual handling.
• NDIS Psychology services including: Behaviour Support Assessments and Intervention (complex and non-complex clients), Cognitive /IQ Assessments, Psychological Assessments, Counselling /Psychological Capacity Building, Vocational Assessments.
• NDIS Employment services including: Finding and Keeping a Job and School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES).
• Workplace Rehabilitation and Health services including: Case Management (new and same employer), Functional Capacity Assessments, ADL Assessments, Vocational Assessments, Workplace Assessments, Ergonomic and Worksite Assessments, Manual Handling Training.
• Consulting Services for Employers regarding injury prevention, return to work coordination, and effective management of workers compensation claims.
• Psychological Services including: Psychological counselling for adults and children referred from local GPs (in Western Australia only), Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), and Critical Incident Management.
• Aged Care assessments including: ADL Assessments, Assistive Technology Assessments and Home Modification Assessments.
