O. S Group Indigenous (OSGI), is an Indigenous and female owned private facilities maintenance services company based in NSW, QLD and VIC. OSGI works in partnership with O. S Group Australia (OSGA). Both companies provide Security /CCTV, Cleaning and Maintenance /Handyman services for Australia and New Zealand. Through the aggregation of exceptional capability and capacity within an existing alliance of companies, OSGI and OSGA are able to provide a comprehensive suite of services for public, private and NFP organisations for planning, management, service delivery and administration of property portfolios. Both companies have been able to attract and recruit several highly credentialed managers who have a long history of success within their specialty fields. This has provided significant momentum as those management networks grow with additional high calibre executives. Clients can be assured of first-class outcomes in the delivery of all services. The core purpose of the partnership was to provide both companies and the corporate sector with Indigenous employment, training and support. OSGI is directed and managed by a group of talented Indigenous people who support the development of their success and ensure majority of engagement is through Indigenous business' for trades, goods and services. Through the implementation of the NSW Government Indigenous Procurement Policy (IPP) in 2015, OSGI is able to leverage from Federal, State and Local Governments budget which in turn provides the opportunity to grow within the sector. OSGI and OSGA believe in forming business partnerships and strategic alliances to utilise shared resources and assets in order to pursue future government Indigenous and non-indigenous tender opportunities.
