I had lost all hope in solving the issue with our furniture delivery, until I met with Sam from OSMEN Alexandria Store. Sam, thank you very much for your prompt action and customer care in this instance. Very happy. John Ryan.

Finally received a call today regarding a quotation request after a month for umbrella fabric replacement for a $1k umbrella. The call was a request to re-view a 2 star review, which as you can see above is always been 3 stars, so no change there. Head office claims they responded a few days after my initial email, but I guess the assistant at Alexandria was too busy to respond, double/triple checked my inbox nothing. It wasn't until I had to ring up a couple of times 2 weeks later to find out fabric replacement is around $600 and no umbrella cover will be provided, and will take 6 weeks to deliver. End up finding local repairers can do new fabric and cover for $500.

Sam was very professional and helped us pick up the perfect outdoor sofa for our balcony. We are very happy with this purchase. Communication with the delivery team was seamless: they sent us sms and called to advise about the ETA. They arrived as scheduled, assembled the sofa and removed all rubbish. Excellent service! We highly recommend Sam and his team.
