Was in a bit of a baking mood today so thought I’d bake these beauties using all vegan ingredients!
Recipe is below👇🏼
... • 3 ripe bananas • 1/4 cup vegetable oil • 1/4 cup organic bonsoy milk • 1/2 brown sugar • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 2 cups plain flour • 1 tsp cinnamon • 1 tsp baking soda • 1 cup vegan chocolate baking buttons
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and separate evenly in muffin tins. Bake for 15-18 minutes and... Voilà!!
