Dear Otsu. Congratulations on your grand opening, and we certainly excited that you have brought a dash of colour, excitement and hopefully a new rage to Hurstville. We wish you all the very best.



One rather constructive but important feedback however. My wife and I purchased a range of desserts last night (takeaway) from your store, including some Brewtown Cronuts, "Craffins" (they were awesome by the way) and a bunch of other items, to share at our dinner party we were throwing for some guests.



One really stand out *disappointment* was the Japanese Taiyaki that we purchased (chocolate - Fish shaped). They were very tough, chewy, and indeed we had to throw the whole batch out.



As a cafe based on the creation of Taiyaki, we must express our extreme disappointment, and whilst I am sure they may have been nice when they were fresh, certainly tasted like they were several days old.



Naturally the kids were disappointed, which was quickly rectified with some lovely Coles Hagan Daaz Ice Cream which my fortunately had lurking in the back of the Freezer.



I hope you take this feedback with the utmost of constructive in nature only, but felt that if that was the same "batch" of Taiyaki sold on a busy Saturday night, I am confident that others may have been disappointed too.
