Outback Jacks Bar & Grill

Not great. Service was ok, however when asked for clarification on a particular meal they got the details and meal size incorrect and then denied it after our food came out. Split drinks over the food when placing on the table. The food itself, not worth the money you pay. Steak really tough, Ribs were really chewy, for an establishment that main dish are these two items, the expectation was a lot higher. All in all, a very poor experience, and I will not be returning.

Possibly the worst ribs Ive ever eaten. Couldnt cut them apart with the sharp steak knife they sent out. Meat tasted horrible and old, actually felt sick chewing on the meat, membrane still attached to the back of the rib as well. Wings were drowned in sweet chilli sauce and not spicy as requested. Kitchen should invest in a smoker and a chef, do things the right way. Staff were friendly enough though.

Just went for a Fathers Day dinner and the staff and food were amazing. Very friendly and helpful with my 2 year old twins and the ribs and surf and turf were heavenly. Caution. The hot wings are insanely hot :)

A very positive experience, T-bone and big rump cut cooked medium rare to perfection, topped with great care and delivered in good time with chips and salad. Drinks were also delivered in good time.

I have dined twice at this restaurant and both times have enjoyed my meal. I will admit the service is somewhat hit and miss but the food and preparation is great. My steak on both occasions was served exactly as I requested the the potions are very reasonable.
Price is on par with a restaurant of its type and presentation is comfortable.
Timely service from the wait staff is an issue however and on my first visit I actually had to approach the front desk to request further service.

Worst steak house I have even eaten at. Cold food,chewy steak and chip's were hard and cold. Shoved in the back of the resturant because we had a toddler. Not child friendly. Not mention the $ 180.00 they stole from me for 4 people. I asked for ribs and payed $38.00 for half a rack. Orders came out wrong. What a dreadful night.

Great food! Great service! Great beer! Alright music.

I am a regular for the $29.95 all you can eat ribs and wings combo. Love it. 10 out of 5 stars ;p

Not much sense in complaining about how my steak was cooked to Med Well when i ordered it to be just over Rare... this is a STEAKHOUSE right?..... you should know how to cook a steak....right?

Ask for the specials - sometimes they do 2 meals for the price of 1 and various other offers. Great cheap lunch menu under $12 I think it was. Always full after leaving here - Give the challenge a go - you'll probably regret it haha :-)
