At Outdoor Bean Bag Hire, we pride ourselves on our customer service. Event organisation can be stressful, but we hope that with our flexibility in pick-up, drop off, delivery and before and after service hire, we make it a little less so. Ensuring you have a smooth hiring experience is of the utmost importance. We offer the following services in our bean bag hire:

Flexible Hire Arrangements:
We understand the numbers of attendees is subject to change. Weather does not always do as it is told. Hire venues can cancel. One thing you can count on though is our service – after you have made your initial booking, should anything change, just give us a shout – we will be happy to accommodate changes to delivery venue, numbers and delivery times as much as we can to take the stress out of event organisation.

Physical Location:
We are conveniently located in Marrickville and we most welcome clients to come in to have a look at our colour range or to discuss your needs, please do not hesitate to contact us to book in a suitable date and time.

Delivery:
When it comes to delivery of your hire, it is up to you and what is most convenient! Just let us know a time and a place when you are making your booking and we will gladly and promptly deliver within three hours of Sydney CBD. Our drivers are friendly, have GPS navigation to ensure no wandering bean bags, and are happy to unload the bean bags for you to enjoy for the duration of your hire. Should you need a hand positioning them, no worries there either – just let your driver know where you would like them.
Delivery – Minimum quantity for delivery is 15 bean bags, security deposit required. Delivery cost is subject to distance and can be up to 3 hours from Sydney CBD. Contact us for a quote.

Pick Up:
All good things come to an end. When your event is through, guests have gone and you are left with a hangover, or a honeymoon, or are still recovering from supervising a children’s birthday party, do not worry – we will do the work in collecting the bean bags at a time and place pre-arranged to be most convenient for you. If you need to extend your hire, no worries, just give us a call and we will do our best to be flexible.

Pick-up – Minimum quantity for pick up is 5 bean bags, security deposit required. Collection by prior arrangement.
